DOOR TIME

Door and show times vary per show. The time listed on your ticket is the show start time. Click on the ‘More Information’ button on the event page for door time. All support acts and set times are subject to change without notice.

 

BAG POLICY

The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

 

MOBILE TICKETING

All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. Screenshots of tickets and barcodes will not be valid for entry.

Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your photo (government issued) ID. Box office open 90 minutes prior to doors open.

 

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

The JUNKYARD is a general admission venue unless otherwise noted on the event ticketing website.

Accessible sections provide general admission entry to the purchased section, and seats in that section will be filled in order of arrival. Upon entering the venue, check in at Guest Services and a member of our team will be available to escort you to your seat. If you do not see available accessible seats, please purchase a general admission ticket, then contact the venue for accommodations. We recommend that you arrive at the venue at the door time listed on the event page and talk to a member of our staff at Guest Services to receive accommodations.

 

DAY OF SHOW PARKING

The JUNKYARD does not own or operate parking. We do have drop- off available at the corner of Yuma Street and West 11th Ave. Guests with disabilities

should alert our gate staff of their needs and will be able to pass the line at entry if using accessible seating areas.

 

ACCESSIBLE STATIONS

If you have questions or need assistance, visit our Guest Services counter located near the main entrance. Our employees in that area can help answer questions related to seating or other accommodations. You may also email us at JUNKYARDreceptionist@Livenation.com to reserve your seat in our ADA section.
